How KOHLER Install Services Works

1. Buy Your Product and Service

You can easily add installation at the time you purchase your product from KOHLER.com, a KOHLER Store or Showroom, or your preferred retailer. You can also purchase installation separately if you already own a qualifying new product.

2. Convenient Scheduling

Your Kohler-trained and trusted installation expert will contact you to coordinate your product installation at a day and time that works with your schedule.

3. Complete the Installation

Your installer will arrive at the agreed-upon day and time to install your new product, test to ensure everything is working correctly, answer any questions, and remove the old product for proper recycling or disposal.

Eligible new KOHLER products that meet the following criteria

Toilets: All one- and two-piece toilets are eligible for this installation service, except wall-hung or smart toilets (please see smart toilet section for more details on that installation service).

Smart Toilets: All smart toilets are eligible for this installation service, except wall-hung toilets. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the proper electrical outlet and water supply line locations are in place before installation.

Kitchen Sink Faucets: All kitchen, bar, and laundry sink faucets are eligible for this installation service, except wall-mounted faucets and water filtration systems. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure they have ordered the correct faucet to fit their existing countertop (drilling new holes is not included in the installation service), as well as ensure the proper electrical outlet location is in place before installation if required.

Bathroom Sink Faucets: All bathroom sink faucets are eligible for this installation service, except wallmounted faucets and water filtration systems. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure they have ordered the correct faucet to fit their existing countertop (drilling new holes is not included in the installation service), as well as ensure the proper electrical outlet location is in place before installation if required.

Bidet Seats: All bidet seats are eligible for this installation. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the proper electrical outlet location is in place before installation if required.

Garbage Disposals: All garbage disposals are eligible for this installation. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the proper electrical outlet location is in place before installation.

KOHLER Install Services CANNOT install any product not produced by a Kohler Co. brand.

Yes, you can. In order to bundle installation services with your order, include it when you add the product to your cart.

Yes, discounts are available! You will automatically save 10% on your install services if you purchase 2 install services in the same cart; or save 15% on your install services if you purchase 3 or more install services in the same cart. The quantity of install services can be of any combination and does not all need to be for the same type of product installation. Please note this discount only applies to install services and does not apply to product purchases.

The professionals we partner with are local, independent businesses with a long and proven track record of working with Kohler and are trained to install our products.

Kohler works closely with all installers to ensure that the pay they receive is fair for a premium level of service. Installers are typically trained by the same engineering teams who developed and created the product, ensuring proper installation.

All flat-fee prices assume that there are no issues with your space, such as known leaks or a rocking toilet. If on-site issues are present at the time of installation, your Kohler professional will discuss available options with you. Additional fees, which can be paid directly to your Kohler professional, may occur.
