KOHLER Install Services is a great way to have your KOHLER® product installed by Kohler-trusted professionals. We offer transparent pricing at competitive rates for the installation of eligible products. Best of all, we’ve already identified Kohler-trained installers for you, so you can sit back, relax, and enjoy the peace of mind knowing the job is done right.

Regional differences in labor and material costs can affect your total installation cost, but it’s important to know that there are other factors that can also impact the total cost. KOHLER Install Services cover several of these factors in our flat-rate pricing, including:

• Installation of the new product by a professional installer with a long and proven track record of working with Kohler, including training for installing our products.

• Testing the new product to ensure everything is working correctly

• Miscellaneous materials and equipment required to install the new product

• Trip charge / travel time / mileage

• Removing and hauling away the old product (typically a $50 to $200 value)

One- & Two-Piece Toilets

Standard installation of parts included in the product’s box and customer-supplied toilet seats (not including bidet toilet seats), if applicable.

Removal and haul away of old product (typically $50 to $200 value).

Wax ring.

Water supply line, if needed.

Shutoff valve, if needed.

Any work related to modifying the customer’s space, i.e., cutting drywall, moving the water supply line, removing tile, replacing pipes, etc.

The relocation of existing product to another location in your home.

Labor and costs to add or move valve and/or associated plumbing not already present in the product’s project area.

Any other labor, materials, and costs above and beyond the basic removal and replacement of the old product.

Kitchen & Faucets

Standard installation of parts included in the product’s box.

Removal and haul away of old product (typically $50 to $200 value).

Drilling holes in countertop

The relocation of existing product to another location in your home.

Any electrical work required under the sink, i.e., installing a new electrical outlet.

Any work related to modifying the customer’s space, i.e., cutting drywall, moving the water supply line, removing tile, replacing pipes, labor and costs to add or move valve and/or associated plumbing not already present in the the product’s project area, etc.

Any other labor, materials, and costs above and beyond the basic removal and replacement of the old product.

Smart Toilets

Installation of parts included in the product's box and customer supplied non-bidet toilet seats, if applicable.

Removal and haul away of old toilet (typically $50 to $200 value).

Wax ring.

Water supply line and/or shutoff valve, if needed.

Any work related to modifying the customer’s space, i.e., cutting drywall, moving the water supply line, removing tile, replacing pipes, labor and costs to add or move valve and/or associated plumbing not already present in the product’s project area, etc

The relocation of existing product to another location in your home.

Any electrical work required for the toilet, installing or moving an electrical outlet, etc.

Any other labor, materials, and costs above and beyond the basic removal and replacement of the old product

Toilet Bidet Seats

Standard installation of parts included in the product’s box.

Removal and haul away of old product (typically $50 to $200 value).

The relocation of existing product to another location in your home

Any work related to modifying the customer’sspace, i.e., moving the water supply line, replacing pipes etc.

Any electrical work required for the bidet seat, installing or moving an electrical outlet, etc.

Any other labor, materials, and costs above and beyond the basic removal and replacement of the old product

Garbage Disposals

Standard installation of parts included in the product’s box.

Removal and haul away of old product (typically $50 to $200 value).

The relocation of existing product to another location in your home

Any work related to modifying the customer’sspace, i.e., moving the water supply line, replacing pipes etc.

Any electrical work required for the bidet seat, installing or moving an electrical outlet, etc.

Any other labor, materials, and costs above and beyond the basic removal and replacement of the old product
